Thai Peanut Chicken Wings

Makes 20 wings


  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 1 package Smart Chicken party wings, baked or grilled

  • ½ cup toasted peanuts, roughly chopped (for serving)

  • ½ cup sliced green onions (for serving)


In a 2-quart saucepan, combine the chili sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, jalapeño, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer whisk until thoroughly combined. Toss with wings until thoroughly coated. Add the peanuts and green onions and serve warm.
