Ingredients
1 package Smart Chicken Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, coined
1 (14oz) prebaked Italian pizza crust
2-3 oz pizza sauce
1½cups Italian cheese blend
½ cup banana pepper slices
½ cup fresh tomatoes, diced
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. While oven is preheating, in a skillet warm chicken sausage pieces over medium heat until sausage has browned or caramelized slightly. Prepare pizza by topping crust with pizza sauce, cheese and then layer with chicken sausage. Top with banana peppers, tomatoes and fresh parsley. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
