Prep Time: 1 hr  Cook Time: 10 mins  Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins  Yield: 48 Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Smart Chicken Organic Ground Chicken

  • 3 cup Baby Bok Choy, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup Scallions, chopped

  • 4 TB Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp Garlic, grated

  • 1 tsp Corn Starch

  • Remaining Ingredients

  • 48-50 Wonton Wrappers

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Black Vinegar, Chili Oil, Chopped Chives and Sesame Seeds for serving

Directions

Combine dumpling filling ingredients together.

Scoop about 1 TB of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper and wet the inside edges with water.

Bring two opposite corners together at the top and then bring the other two opposite corners together at the top so all four corners are touching.

Seal each seam together to form a square shape dumpling. Repeat until all of the filling is used up.

Once the dumplings are filled, heat a pan to medium heat with some oil.

Sear the flat bottom of the dumplings until golden (about 3-5 minutes).

Carefully pour in about 1/4 cup water in the pan and quickly cover with a lid to steam the dumplings until they are cooked through (about 5 minutes).

To serve, drizzle over some black vinegar, chili oil and sprinkle of chopped chives and sesame seeds.
