Spicy Peach Chicken Wings

Serves 4

  • 4 ripe peaches, pits removed and quartered
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 package Smart Chicken party wings
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh peaches, for serving (optional)

To a small saucepan over medium heat, add the peaches, sugar, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and butter and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken, about 30 minutes. Carefully transfer the sauce to a blender and purée until very smooth. Meanwhile, preheat a grill to high heat. Toss the chicken wings in the canola oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the wings until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Transfer the wings directly from the grill to the warm peach sauce and serve immediately. Garnish with peach slices if desired.
