- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a blender, puree raspberries, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, shallot, and honey. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
