Pineapple-Jalapeño Marinade
Easy Recipe
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Pour over your favorite chicken cuts and marinate in the refrigerator (covered) for 4 to 6 hours.
