Mint Cucumber Raita

Raita is a creamy dipping sauce common in India. This recipes relies on the side’s most common ingredients for flavor: mint and cucumber.
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and deseeded
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until mixed well. Chill well and serve.
