Herbed Butter Roasted Chicken

This quick and easy chicken recipe is ideal for busy families. Herbed butter is easy to make and it adds a ton of flavor to chicken. It’s a delicious recipe to serve with a fresh salad and roasted seasonal vegetables.
- 1 whole Smart Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite seasoning salt
- 1/2 cup herbed butter, melted (1/2 cup butter or olive oil and 2 tablespoons dried Italian herbs or rosemary)
Coat chicken with butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning. Place in preheated 350ºF oven for 45 minutes or until thermometer reads 170ºF.
