Herb Marinade
Easy Recipe

This easy marinade is especially versatile and works well on chicken, especially wings.

  • ¼ cup fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup fresh sage
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups canola oil

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until everything is incorporated. Pour over chicken and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and up to 12 hours.
