Grilled Corn Salsa
Easy Recipe
  • 2 cobs of corn, lightly charred on grill, and kernels cut from the cob
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced red onions
  • 1 finely diced jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
