Greek Yogurt & Pineapple Marinade

This unique marinade complements chicken well, and is especially great for drumsticks.
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend into a smooth paste. Massage into the chicken and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
