- 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ounce melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together and season well with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and roast mushrooms in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
