Easy Chicken Breakfast Wraps
These high-protein wraps are simple to assemble and easy to eat, even when you’re on your way out the door.
- 2 whole-wheat tortillas
- ¼ cup low-fat shredded cheese
- ¼ cup rinsed black beans (or substitute pinto beans)
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, poached and shredded
- Salsa, as needed
- Fresh cilantro, as needed
Divide ingredients over tortillas. Wrap and microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is mostly melted.
