Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini
- 2 slices of the bread of your choice (French, Italian, ciabatta, white, wheat, whole-grain, or artisan)
- Tecumseh Farms Roasted Chicken Breast
- Sliced sharp cheddar
- Ranch dressing
- Spicy mustard
Preheat a panini maker, griddle, George Foreman grill, or grill pan and grill press to medium-high heat. Butter or oil the outside of 2 slices of the bread of your choice (French, Italian, ciabatta, white, wheat, whole-grain, or artisan). Layer with Tecumseh Farms Roasted Chicken Breast, sliced sharp cheddar, bacon, ranch dressing, and spicy mustard. Cook in press or griddle, or in a grill pan using a grill press (or heavy pan) to weigh down the sandwich until outside is golden, cheese is melted, and ingredients are warmed through.
