Buttermilk Oven-Roasted Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds Smart Chicken party wings
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

In a bowl, combine the party wings, buttermilk, salt, pepper, Cajun spice, and lime and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven at 375°F. Strain wings from the buttermilk brine and toss them with olive oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
