Makes about ½ cup

  • 1½ tablespoons white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 1½ teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice

Combine ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix well. Serve warm or chilled over fresh greens, vegetables, or grilled chicken.
