Pomegranate-Orange Sparkler


Makes about 8 cocktails

Easy, effervescent, and enticing: This recipe is everything your next brunch cocktail should be.


  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/3 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier

  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) Champagne or dry white sparkling wine, chilled

  • 24 ounces ginger ale, chilled

  • Pomegranate arils, for garnish (optional)


In a pitcher, combine juice and liqueur. Divide among eight Champagne flutes or wine glasses. To serve, top with equal parts Champagne and ginger ale and add pomegranate arils (if desired).
