Oat-Crusted Chicken Tenders


Serves 6 to 8


  • 2 pounds Smart Chicken tenders

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Olive oil, as needed

  • 2 cups dry oats


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season the chicken tenders well with the cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika. Then lightly coat with olive oil and toss with oats, coating all of the chicken pieces with the oats. Spread the chicken tenders on a lightly greased sheet pan and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until cooked through. Remove and serve.
