Responsible for manually placing Smart Chicken onto product trays that meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to select quality product and place it into a tray and discard pieces that do not meet the quality standards to rework in order to keep the line running smoothly. The work involves standing for long periods of time and doing rapid and repetitive work in close proximity to other employees. The environment is cold, damp, and slippery and can be below 40 degrees.
