Knife Handler / Whizard Knife Handler

Summary:

  • Use a straight knife or Whizard knife to de-bone chicken
  • Remove product from whole bird such as thighs, drums, wings, skin, breast fillets and breast tenders
  • Will be required to make initial and final cuts
  • And all other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years minimum experience deboning meat products
  • Ability to learn how to use and work with a straight knife or Whizard knife
  • Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace; meeting production speed requirements
  • Ability to debone product to the necessary quality and yield standards
  • Willingness to function as part of a team and work toward team goals
