Knife Handler / Whizard Knife Handler


Responsible for removing chicken product from whole bird with knife. Production employees use a Straight knife or Whizard Knife to cut up or debone chicken as it moves down the line in front of the employees. The work involves standing for long periods of time and doing rapid and repetitive work in close proximity to other employees. The environment is cold, damp, and slippery and can be below 40 degrees. Must have Straight Knife or Whizard Knife skills in order to be considered.
