Quality Assurance Technician


  • Ensure compliance with the company’s HACCP system, SSOP, Animal Welfare, and FPS programs
  • Perform necessary testing methods
  • Inspect and audit products for adherence of Tecumseh Poultry and USDA guidelines
  • Data collection and record keeping activities
  • Carry out steps of assigned procedures and monitoring effectively with consistency
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and calculations
  • Ability to work safely and effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace; managing time while meeting scheduling requirements
  • Must be able to work independently and make decisions
  • Experience in a meat processing facility preferred
