Easy Chicken Breakfast Wraps

Serves 2


  • 2 whole-wheat tortillas

  • ¼ cup low-fat shredded cheese

  • ¼ cup rinsed black beans (or substitute pinto beans)

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, poached and shredded

  • Salsa, as needed

  • Fresh cilantro, as needed


Divide ingredients over tortillas. Wrap and microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is mostly melted.
