2 whole-wheat tortillas
¼ cup low-fat shredded cheese
¼ cup rinsed black beans (or substitute pinto beans)
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, poached and shredded
Salsa, as needed
Fresh cilantro, as needed
Divide ingredients over tortillas. Wrap and microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is mostly melted.
