Creamy Avocado Dip

Serves 4 to 6 (as an appetizer)


  • 2 large ripe avocados

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled

  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Veggies, tortilla chips, or crackers, for serving


Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Spoon into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add the goat cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
